What size businesses do you typically work with?
Most of our clients are owner-led businesses with 2–50 team members. That includes trades, creative agencies, professional services, and local service businesses. If you’re smaller or larger but resonate with our approach, we’re still happy to talk.
Is this coaching, consulting, or both?
Both. We help you think more clearly about your role as an owner (coaching), and we also roll up our sleeves to improve processes, numbers, and communication (consulting). You get practical recommendations and the support to follow through.
How much time will this take each week?
Most owners start with 60–90 minutes per week dedicated to our work together. Part of our job is to protect your time—so we focus on the smallest set of changes that unlock the biggest improvements.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. We prefer clear, flexible agreements and honest conversations. We outline the plan, the rhythm, and the investment up front. If it stops being useful, we address it directly and adjust or part as partners.
Will you make my team work more hours?
Our goal is not more hours—it’s better hours. We focus on clarity, communication, and systems so that the time you and your team already invest turns into better results, without burning anyone out.
